This site and the RevOpt service are operated by Revopt Technologies FZC, a free zone company registered with the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority (License No. 4421569.01 · Formation No. 4421569), with its registered office at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("RevOpt", "we", "us"). Licensed activities include management consultancy, strategy advisory, project management, and cost control & risk management services.
1. What we collect
- Contact & account data — name, email, phone and company details you share when you book a call, message us or become a client.
- Portfolio & performance data — listing, calendar, rate, occupancy and booking data from the tools you connect us to (e.g. PriceLabs, your PMS, Airbnb, Booking.com), used solely to deliver the engagement.
- Site usage data — basic log and device information, including via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
2. How we use it
- To deliver the services: pricing optimisation, performance reporting, forecasting and OTA promotion management.
- To communicate with you about your engagement, and to operate and improve our service.
- To send occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, analytics, communication tools), with the platforms you explicitly connect us to, and where required by law.
4. Retention
We keep personal data for the duration of the engagement and as needed to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You may request earlier deletion (Section 6).
5. International transfers
We are established in the United Arab Emirates and may process data in other jurisdictions through our service providers, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies to you, the EU/UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing.
