This site and the RevOpt service are operated by Revopt Technologies FZC, a free zone company registered with the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority (License No. 4421569.01 · Formation No. 4421569), with its registered office at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("RevOpt", "we", "us"). Licensed activities include management consultancy, strategy advisory, project management, and cost control & risk management services.
1. Account access
- We work through access you grant — team seats and scoped roles on your own PriceLabs, PMS and OTA accounts wherever the platform supports them. We never ask you to hand over personal passwords.
- Least-privilege by default: access is limited to the listings and functions in scope, behind MFA on our side.
- Access is revoked and confirmed at offboarding.
2. Data handling
- Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+); portfolio data stored only as long as the engagement needs it.
- We do not collect or store guest payment-card data.
- Client workspaces are segregated; reports are shared through access-controlled channels.
3. Operations
- Continuous monitoring and logging of the actions we take in client accounts — every change traceable to a person and a reason.
- Vendor review for tools that touch client data.
- Incident response: affected clients notified without undue delay.
4. Responsible disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Email info@revopt.ai. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours and won't pursue good-faith research.
